Our Story
We're not a chain. We're not a franchise. We're neighbors — and we've been feeding Shingletown for years with the same care we'd give our own tables.
Seven Hills Land and Cattle Company started as a family operation, raising cattle and growing food on the rolling hills above the Sacramento Valley. What began as a way to sustain our own homestead grew into something the whole community could share.
Today, our bakery and grocery stand as a testament to what happens when you source locally, bake daily, and treat every customer like someone you know by name. From our sourdough to our grass-fed beef, every product carries the same promise: it's real, it's local, and it's made with intention.
